Each session lasts an hour and will include a range of things to help you rest, reflect and reconnect with nature and with our Creator - such as poems, prayers, readings, mindful activities, elements of nature, simple crafts etc. You are welcome to do as many or as few of these as you like - or to simply sit and light a candle and absorb the peaceful atmosphere for the whole hour - whatever you choose to do.
Sunday Rest is aimed at adults but older children/teenagers who are able to manage long periods of quietness are welcome provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
There is no need to book - just turn up at any session. Both sessions each month will have the same theme & content, but you are very welcome to attend both if you like, to give you more time to engage with the various activities!
